Role : Collections Coordinator
Location : Charlotte, NC
Pay : $24 - $28 / hour

Responsibilities: Process Final Account Statements for all assets within the portfolio Contact former residents to collect past due rent, prior to the account going to collections Answer phone calls and emails from previous residents and answer their questions regarding their accounts Assist on-site team members with resident ledger questions File monthly evictions, writs, and claims Process all payments that are collected from collection agencies Monitor and update third party collection accounts Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish preferred An Associates or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in Property Management System: Excel Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
