The Collection Manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($40,000 - $45,000 includes bonus opportunity) as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays.

Collection Manager Position Summary

In the Collection Manager position, we are looking for candidates who are dedicated, flexible, task-oriented, and self-driven. This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company's relationship.

A Collections Manager will be expected to help customers stay current with their agreed-upon payment plans, helping them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Responsibilities:
Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
Handle field collections and de-installations
Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired
Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts
Contact references and employers to verify the legitimacy
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Complete 25 calls per hour

Other Requirements:
Valid state driver's license
Flexible work schedule
Lifting 40lbs regularly up to 100lbs with assistance if needed.
Bilingual is a plus
