As the CNC Operator you would be responsible for setting up and operating Mills or Lathes, and working from prints to obtain accurate specifications in dimensions and tolerances. Duties/Responsibilities Setup and operation of CNC Mills or Lathes, as well as operation of other shop equipment. Able to use all shop measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, and other gages). Able to make offsets and adjustments to CNC Mills and Lathes. Able to work from blueprints, sketches, or models. Perform program edits as needed. Tool changes. Working on Brother and Haas 3-axis Mills, Mori Seiki and Doosan 2-axis Lathes, and Brown and Sharpe Screw Machines. Manufacturing parts from copper, brass, stainless steel, steel, aluminum, plastics, and other materials. Pay and Shift info Starting pay range of $18 - $28/hour, based on experience 1 st shift 7am – 4pm, Monday thru Thursday and 7am – 11am on Friday. Temp to Hire opportunity with the company. Skills/Qualifications 3 years' experience with CNC Mills or Lathes. Ability to use measuring gages and read blueprints. Must have good attention to detail. High School Diploma or GED. Will be subject to a 10-panel drug screen and other pre-employment screening.
