Responsibilities
• Completes set-ups with supervision/assistance• Ensures first article acceptance through accurate inspection• Identifies and recommends process improvements• Inputs data and communicates results to management• Continuously improves processes and eliminates waste• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Three years experience in CNC Mill operation• CNC/Technology/Machinist trade school certification a plus• Skilled in precision inspection methods• Ability to maintain close tolerances• Understanding of machine tool accuracies• Knowledge of cutting tool feeds and speeds• Ability to follow instructions and interpret blueprints• Ability to communicate in a positive manner• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Experience with AS9100, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma preferred• Must be a U.S. Person• Reliable with stable work history
