Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with experience in operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills, specifically Haas and Doosan machines. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing intricate components with unparalleled accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and program 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills, primarily utilizing Haas and Doosan machines. Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and GD&T specifications. Edit CNC machine code as needed, ensuring optimal machining processes and minimal downtime. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools to guarantee consistent performance. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to ensure components meet stringent standards. Utilize Proshop ERP system to track job progress and maintain documentation in our paperless environment. Embrace and utilize automation technologies to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience setting up 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills (experience with Haas and Doosan machines is a plus) Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, geometric dimensions and tolerances, and related technical documents. Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) Familiarity with ERP systems (Proshop is a plus). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues independently. Adept at performing routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality components. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
