Position:  CNC Machinist Company Info: Join our clients well-established company in the manufacturing industry, known for precision machining, fabricating, welding, and assembly expertise. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a machinist Experience with MasterCAM or other CAM software required. Knowledge of Mazak, Doosan, HAAS, and Fanuc CNC controls Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot CNC machine issues Responsibilities of a CNC Machinist:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine the dimensions and tolerances of the finished product Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Maintain machinery by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues Essential Job Functions for a CNC Machinist:
Proficiently operate one or more of the following CNC controls: Mazak, Doosan, HAAS, and Fanuc Utilize MasterCAM or other CAM software for programming and generating tool paths Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with colleagues and team members to optimize production processes Benefits:
