We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our Topeka PACE Center.As a CNA in our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our elderly participants.Midland Care's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.

Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional patient care and support to elderly participants in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.• Monitor and document patient vital signs.• Assist with medication administration.• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.• Maintain accurate and organized patient records.• Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.• Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
Requirements
• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.• Reliable transportation is required for this position.• One-year experience preferred.
