We are hiring in Colorado Springs!This is NOT a remote position.Starting at 15.00 an hour. full-time, 40 hours a week. We are looking for customer service agents who want to work for a great company that is invested in you! We are hiring individuals who are customer-centric and detail-oriented. Ideal candidates are people friendly and like to find solutions to the customers everyday questions. Our training is thorough and the "people" skills that you'll learn will prove valuable throughout the duration of your professional career. Full paid training is provided. Job DescriptionCome work for a company where you are valued as an employee. As an agent of our call center, you will be processing incoming calls, email, and chat inquiries for our customers. It is important that you take a responsive and caring approach. Paid training will allow you to learn the business protocols, and, in the end, you will possess the skills to provide an excellent experience that provides the customer with a solution/resolution with one contact. Position DetailsPay starting at $15.00 an hour. Flexible schedules 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday (weekends as needed during busy season)Seasonal employment offers sick paid time off.Position starts as seasonal and will change to full-time after successful completion of Training/Seasonal period.  Once offered full time position, we offer our employees full medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, Life benefits and more. ResponsibilitiesListen to customers, understand, and meet their needs. Resolve customer issues while building rapport and creating a memorable experience. Utilize systems and technology to complete all service tasks. Maintain company and customer confidentiality. Appropriately escalate customer feedback and/or concerns with your management team. Assist with other duties as needed. QualificationsCall center experience preferred but not required. Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications Punctuality and consistent work attendance Strong decision-making ability Problem solving skills. Mathematical skills.
