Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesComplete required training curriculum for weld processes Ability to obtain required weld certifications for GEComplete all required compliance training Complete all EHS training and participate in safety and or quality audit Be an active contributing member of a high-performance self-directed work team Ability to use / apply TIG welding and assembly techniques and inspections Ability to read & understand process instructions & weld schedules Communicate effectively with Production Control and Process Engineer(s) on needed supplies and consumable materials Drive Safety, Quality, and Production metrics within the team business needs.Qualifications/RequirementsHigh School Diploma / GEDWelding Certification from accredited Trade School or equivalentEligibility RequirementsThis role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) due to access to export-controlled technology.
