Title: : Genesys 8.x, Genesys, Cloud (Iaas), Rabbit MQ Location: Austin, TX; Sunnyvale, CA Work type: 100 % Onsite Skills required: Genesys 8.x, Genesys, Cloud (Iaas), Rabbit MQ As a Developer/Sr developer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end, full stack development of the application. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Having good experience on Genesys 8.x components (Framework, SIP, GVP)
Troubleshooting issues withing Genesys On Premises environment including SIP and Network
SBC knowledge will be added advantage.
Design, Implementation and support of Genesys Cloud solutions, including the migration of Genesys On-Premises to cloud.
CICD knowledge
Experience in building genesys cloud IVR flows Inbound, Email and chat
Core java or JS development skill will be added advantage.
Experience in working with RabbitMQ or Kafka
