Cloning Assistant

Cultivation Assistant/Cloning Assistant Pincanna is a vertically integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, a retail location in Kalkaska, and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.
The Cultivation Assistants/Cloning Assistants are responsible for supporting the Cultivation Team in all aspects of cannabis cultivation including trimming, pulling leaves, moving plants from one area to another, moving benches, cleaning hoop houses, indoor rooms and greenhouses, watering plants, and any other activities that are necessary to support the cultivation of our cannabis plants. Primary duties will include cloning of mother plants and care of new cuts.

Duties, responsibilities, schedules, and activities may change at any time with or without notice to fit the company's needs) : Extreme visual focus when working with plants Tear down, sanitize, and re-fill rooms Clean buckets/trays/sprays Assist in cloning and care of mother plants Able to focus on task for a long period of time Qualifications and Requirements: Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry Ability to stand, bend, lift over 30lbs and tolerate hot conditions for long periods of time Must be able to work well with others and independently Must be able to follow instructions Must be able to take constructive criticism from managers to maintain quality standards and production goals Must show up on time for work every day ready to work with high energy Must have a minimum of one year experience with cloning cannabis Must have weekend availability Must be able to safely use a ladder and/or racking systems to reach plants
