Job Title: Clinician 2 - Mental HealthJob Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinician 2 to join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. The Clinician 2 will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions to individuals seeking mental health support. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support client needs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with a valid LSCW license5 + years of experience including supervisory responsibilitiesExperience with motivational interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT Skills training (any or all of these) is a plus but not required.
