The Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) provides professional services to children affected by ASDWorks as a team member in the delivery of services and promotes MAC services and expansionsDesigns, delivers, evaluates, and reports on the services provided to MAC clients

Responsibilities
• Exercise independent business judgment and decision making in Individual Treatment Plans• Support clinical team in supervising staff and delivering effective services• Manage prior authorization requests and complete necessary paperwork• Meet with families/caregivers, community members, and clinical team regarding treatment plans and client progress• Provide guidance for challenging behaviors and effective interventions• Provide training, instruction, and demonstration as necessary• Attend and present at clinical and interdisciplinary meetings• Develop and document professional contacts with case notes• Maintain confidentiality of clients according to professional ethical standards• Review progress notes, conduct assessments, and provide feedback• Promote company programming and expansions• Embrace the company's goal of helping families and children affected by autism• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Must have licensure in the State of MN (LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC)• Knowledgeable of professional and ethical clinical standards• Behavioral, functional, and psychometric evaluation skills required• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Pass all background checks required by the State of Minnesota• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
