Clinical Services Specialist Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Services Specialist for a 6-month contract position at one of our clients, a leading immune medicine biotechnology company in Seattle. Pay: $24.50-$30/hour Overview The Clinical Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the Clinical Services Team to ensure customers and their patients have an exceptional experience. This position supports the company's clinical diagnostic products and will ensure accurate and timely communications, from sample acceptance to results delivery, with all stakeholders. The Clinical Services Specialist will work closely with Lab Operations, Sales & Marketing, Reimbursement, Medical Affairs and Diagnostics Leadership teams.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:30-2pm Or Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Tues-Sat 5:30am-2pm Or Tues-Sat 8:30am-5pm
Remote – Must work on PST
Responsibilities: Resolve all documentation issues related to clinical samples. The Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers to collect necessary information as needed and will work with cross-functional teams on shared priorities.
Receive and reply to telephone inquiries and e-mail messages from customers (physician offices and laboratories) and other medical professionals to complete associated follow-up work related the query.
Investigate real-time issues with orders to determine the best course of follow-up action to ensure timely and successful order activation.
Communicate directly with physicians and their staff to ensure optimal integration of clinical testing into their medical practice and/or institution.
Communicate directly with customers to share insight into the timeline of patient results based on processing guidelines and field associated question regarding processing.
Work directly with pathology labs to request archived patient material for testing including site education on approved specimen types.
Actively participate in the structure and timeline of trainings from the lens of a trainee and trainer, to match the evolution of changes in team processes.
Support field-based teams to provide situational and strategic guidance for account specific support.
Act as a liaison between our customers and many of the company's internal departments in order to maintain ongoing alignment.
Work with the larger Dx Customer Operations team to streamline processes, ensure efficiency and improve existing standard operating procedures.
Perform regulatory responsibilities per Good Clinical Practices (GCP)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2 to 4 years of prior Clinical lab, Patient Navigator or Client Services experience is preferred.
Strong customer and patient focus with a demonstrated understanding of HIPAA requirements
Familiarity with basic laboratory and customer service-related systems such as LIMS and Salesforce.com
Strong attention to detail and meticulous data entry skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion in a dynamic office setting.
Effective and professional communication skills for engagement with both internal and external personnel
Excellent written communication skills are required, including technical proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Flexible team-player with the ability to take on new assignments.
After an initial training period, this position will have an early start time (05:30 AM PST)
