Overview: The Clinical Secretary will function as two core positions depending on the situation - Unit Secretary (US), and Patient Registration. US - Provide basic secretarial and administrative support for the department under the direction of the Manager, charge nurse and nursing staff. Patient Service Representative - Perform the Quick Check-in registration process for all patients requesting to be evaluated or seen in the Emergency Department. Qualifications: Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Other Education: Formal or on-the-job training. Other: Must be able to read, write and speak English.
