Responsibilities:
Prospecting / Lead Generation:
Develop and execute effective prospecting and lead generation strategies.
Connect and build relationships with key decision-makers via various channels.
Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify leads.
Master product and clinical knowledge to effectively demonstrate our solutions.
Attend trade shows to network and generate leads.
Sales Support and Selling:
Collaborate with Sales Directors to support sales activities.
Provide clinical expertise to highlight the value of our products.
Deliver compelling messages to customers, addressing their pain points.
Understand customer workflows to provide actionable insights.
Clinical Support:
Influence decision-makers to adopt our products through effective selling.
Provide customer support to optimize patient workflows.
Other:
Share insights with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions and support sales growth.
Occasional domestic travel may be required for events or meetings.
Experience & Qualifications:
Passionate about impacting patient health, particularly in breast health.
Strong clinical experience in breast imaging, genetic testing, or oncology.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum 5 years of clinical/technical/management experience preferred.
Previous consulting experience in healthcare industry desirable.
Sales experience is a bonus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
Ability to work remotely and engage with customers both digitally and in-person.
Curiosity about AI and healthcare, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, with the potential for additional earnings through incentives.
