The Clinical Research Coordinator I will assist in clinical research studies for hematopoietic cell transplantation.Responsibilities include IRB documentation, patient screening, coordinating study procedures, data collection, and more.This position requires a high level of independence and will be located at our South Lake Union Campus.

Responsibilities
• Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, manage daily clinical operations of assigned research studies.• Review medical records for study eligibility and assist with protocol development and analysis.• Develop tools for study implementation, schedule patient visits, ensure completion of activities, and maintain research supplies.• Ensure informed consent and accurate enrollment records.• Educate clinical teams and patients on protocol implementation.• Understand clinical trial budget and billing plans.• Collaborate with Investigational Drug Services, administer study questionnaires, and liaise with clinical teams and other institutions.• Maintain IRB correspondence, prepare study documents, and ensure accurate data entry.• Coordinate monitoring visits and report adverse events.• Stay updated on the field through meetings, reading literature, and maintaining professional associations.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.• Minimum one year experience in clinical research or cancer registry with regulatory knowledge.• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to prioritize tasks.• Collaborative focus and strong written and verbal communication skills.• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Previous experience in oncology research and clinical data collection preferred.• Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Professional preferred.• Knowledge of clinical trial records and procedures.• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
