Required Qualifications: PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy. Or
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy.
upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
