Work Schedule :  100%, day shift. All hours worked between the hours of 6:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Some weekend and holiday hours may be required to meet payroll and scheduling deadlines. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: 
Provide daily support to Emergency Services, including compliance validation, supply ordering, and processing employee change requests. Review payroll to ensure accuracy and policy compliance and prepare reports for Nurse Manager. Coordinate inpatient clinical staff schedules, both day-to-day maintenance and on-going postings.  Education : Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
Work Experience : Minimum – One year of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred – Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
