Role Overview: The Clinical Office Manager plays a key role in the efficient operation of our mental health office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, administrative, and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth workflow, excellent client experience, and effective communication with other clinicians. Looking for a candidate to start part-time and move to a full-time position.
Qualifications: Experience in office management or administration, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including EHR systems. Office Operations: Oversees daily operations of the mental health office, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. Manage client records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Client Relations: Must be in office to greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Assist clients in scheduling initial appointments, verifying insurance information, payment, and completing necessary paperwork. Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Education and Experience Requirements: •An associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or a related degree is preferred
