We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and a passion for delivering comprehensive and patient-centered medical services. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare to individuals and families of all ages.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed. Conduct patient education on preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications. Assist with minor surgical procedures, wound care, and office-based medical interventions. Coordinate referrals to specialty providers, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards. Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients and their families. High School Diploma or equivalent. Current nursing licensue, State of Iowa LPN or RN. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Mandatory Reporter training. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
