Full time Clinical Educator, RN with Bedside Care Exp The Clinical Educator is responsible for providing clinical education to nurses and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing theory and practice, as well as experience in teaching and training.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver educational programs for nurses and other healthcare professionals. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to nurses. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date on the latest nursing trends and developments. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to improve patient care. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing. Master's degree in nursing preferred. Current RN license. At least five years of recent bedside patient care nursing experience in a hospital setting. Familiarity with EMR required. Must have current BLS upon hire. Must maintain instructor status in BLS and at least two of the following: ACLS, PALS, NRP, or AWHONN.
