Clinical Director

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the clinical operations and provide leadership to our team of therapists. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care, maintaining compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, and supporting the professional growth of our therapists.
Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of therapists Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements Develop and implement treatment programs Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain high-quality patient care Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new therapists Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role Valid clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of therapy modalities and treatment approaches Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits
