Responsibilities
• Assist in the provision of case management and ancillary treatment services to civilly committed residents of the facility• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, procedures, and regulations• Support treatment services for residents by conducting weekly case management, treatment planning, ancillary programming, and clerical tasks• Conduct direct contact and document services in line with established performance standards• Actively engage in staff meetings, case conferences, treatment team meetings, and staff development sessions• Collaborate with Clinical Team Leader or licensed clinician in weekly individual supervision• Participate in relevant training programs• Contribute to clinical team meetings• Provide training and consultation to treatment and security staff as necessary• Perform any other assigned duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related human services field• Two (2) years' experience working in the human/social services field, with sexual offenders or other related populations preferred
