We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at WeWork in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing remote support to our clients. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer support role.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing our client support procedures- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively answer client questions

Requirements:- Hardworking and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch client support- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to effectively address client needs- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
