Client Support Representative

We are seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team at WestRock in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position at the entry level with one year of experience required.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer support and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time- Use emotional intelligence to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions- Utilize project management skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines- Work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions to client challenges

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Demonstrated project management skills- Independent and resourceful in problem-solving- A willingness to take on new challenges and explore innovative solutions- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
