Job Description:

Capital One Financial is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.4. Process client requests, such as account changes, transactions, and account updates, accurately and in a timely manner.5. Document client interactions and feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures.6. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better assist clients and provide expert advice.7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support.2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.3. Excellent decision-making and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
