Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. This is a remote work position based in San Antonio, Texas, US. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide support and assistance to clients regarding our products and services- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve client support processes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Handle client complaints and escalations with sensitivity and urgency- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest quality client support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred- Proven experience in client support, customer service, or a related role- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think strategically- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Experience working in a remote setting is a plus- Resourceful and hardworking attitude- Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
