As an Entry Level Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with booking accommodations, resolving issues, and providing support throughout their stay.3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure a seamless experience.4. Identify opportunities for innovation in client support processes and procedures.5.
