Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and confident Client Support Officer to join our team at Razorpay in New York City. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and research skills, as well as the ability to prioritize quality in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.3. Conduct thorough research to provide accurate information and solutions to clients.4.
