Job Description:
Celgene, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Conduct thorough research and analysis to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Assist in developing and implementing client support strategies to improve overall satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance client support services
Requirements:- Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service- Highly driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment- Excellent analytical and research skills- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
