Job Description:
GameStop is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis and work remotely from Fort Worth, Texas. As part of the mid-to-senior level team, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing top-notch client support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:1. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients.2. Handle client inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions.4. Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall client satisfaction.5. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and address any concerns.6. Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.7. Train and onboard new clients on our products and services.8. Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payments and renewals.9. Work closely with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell our products and services.10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or account management.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Adaptable and driven personality traits.5. Excellent problem-solving and cooperation skills.6. Ability to work independently and remotely.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.8. Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus.9. Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule.
