Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Support Manager to join our team at TJX in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time position, with the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience at a mid-to-senior level in client support or customer service.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and escalations.3. Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.6. Lead a team of client support specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to drive performance and innovation.7. Track and report on key performance metrics related to client support activities.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or customer service.2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client support.6. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
