Job Description:

GameStop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a remote part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or related field.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of client support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.3. Oversee client onboarding and training processes to ensure smooth integration.4. Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.6. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client support activities and performance.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Proven experience in client support or customer service management.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Motivated and driven with a passion for exceeding client expectations.5. Negotiation skills and adaptability to changing situations.6. Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively.
