Job Description:
Chevron is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Associate to join our remote team located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This position is part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients experiencing issues with our products or services- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues- Document all client interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients and upsell when appropriate- Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support to ensure team success- Take ownership of client issues and ensure they are resolved to the client's satisfaction
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team environment- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
