Job Description:

NiSource is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to jumpstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and overall satisfaction.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner.5. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to enhance overall customer experience.6. Identify opportunities for improvement within the client support process and make recommendations for enhancements.7. Attend training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and policies.8. Support special projects as assigned by management.
