Job Description:
Nordstrom, a leading luxury department store, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone.2. Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and processing transactions.3. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner.4. Engage with customers to build relationships and drive sales through product recommendations and upselling.5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the overall customer experience.6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions to better serve customers.8. Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4.
