Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ingredion is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Assistant to join our remote team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to client needs- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the client support process and suggest solutions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in client support or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
