Job Description:

Accenture is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering any inquiries and addressing any concerns they may have.2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.3. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to improve overall client satisfaction.4. Manage client communication and relationships to ensure a positive experience at all touchpoints.5. Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.6. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client support process.7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role.3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. A commitment to upholding high standards and striving for excellence in all endeavors.
