Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team at TJX in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services.- Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client information in the database as needed.- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.- Adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong motivation to provide excellent customer support and exceed client expectations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.- High school diploma or equivalent.
