Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Mastercard is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex client issues- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to clients- Maintain client records and update databases as needed- Assist with training and onboarding for new clients- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills- Driven to provide excellent customer service- No prior experience required
