About the team The FIS Banking Solutions Client Experience team consists of fast-paced, motivated industry experts dedicated to the group's success. We are committed to creating best-in-class client experiences through direct, trusted partnerships that lead to shared success. With 40 years of service to credit unions and banks, we currently work closely with over 4,000 clients. Our integrated and modernized payments platforms support the digital economy today and in the future.
We are seeking a Client Success Manager II to join this exciting team. Ideally, we hope to find someone located in Milwaukee, WI or St Petersburg, FL, who can work in a hybrid environment.
What you will be doing: Ensuring a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients Serving as the primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention Developing strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources Coordinating with clients, relationship managers, and other relevant areas to ensure proper servicing, paperwork execution, and operational arrangements for assigned accounts What you will need: At least 4 years of previous Relationship Management experience in the financial/banking industry Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of FIS products and related services An aptitude for analyzing and solving problems Ability to adapt to change What we offer you: At FIS, we are committed to the growth of our employees' careers as well as our own business.
