CSA TS Client Services
About the Role:
As a Client Services Associate (CSA) in the Technical Support department within the Customer Service category, you will serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Operating as a member of the Business Center team, you will primarily assist clients with daily mail & print/scan requests. Additionally, you will support the team in daily organization & maintenance of shared office Canteens & Service Hubs. You will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships by delivering high-quality service and support.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Handling & management of inbound & outgoing packages
Manage inventory and daily re-stocking of shared office supplies
Fulfill print & scan jobs as assigned through internal request tracking systems
Performs identity verification duties and facilitates access badge requests as needed in accordance with established guidelines
Regularly involved in maintenance/upkeep of office spaces - re-stocking supply drawers & shelves, as well as cafe/condiment drawers in canteen spaces
Follows the security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers
Performs other duties as required
Required to perform periodic floor walks weekly - checking for low supply stock or potential maintenance issues
Mandatory uniform top provided by employer - choice of button-up shirt or polo shirt in various colors.
Conditions may include corporate office environment, computer room, and shipping/receiving. Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink and other environmental factors is possible.
Qualifications:
Required: H.S. diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write and speak English
Required to work at computer for long periods
Required to possess close vision and ability to focus
Repetitive motion is sometimes required: may require twisting/bending to organize shelves & office supply boxes
May lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
Preferred: Organizational & documentation skills a plus - our team maintains various trackers and are often leaned on as a resource for confirming when & how specific tasks were completed.
Comfort with navigating computers & software desirable - specifically Microsoft Office & Google Office Suite
Previous experience with customer service desirable
Strong interpersonal skills for frequent collaboration with other support teams in office - we all work together to ensure the office is running smoothly
