Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ripple, a leading financial technology company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat2. Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction5. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients6. Assist in developing client training materials and resources7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills3. Excellent planning and organizational abilities4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software6. Experience in client services or customer support is preferred7. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
