Job Description:
3M is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is entry level with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries and provide assistance- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues in a timely manner- Provide product or service information to clients and assist with order processing- Identify and escalate priority issues to management- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and ensure their satisfaction- Use strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs proactively- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive client experience- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
