Job Description:
A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling their inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Process client orders accurately and efficiently.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.4. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve any client issues or concerns.5. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process.6. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients.8. Contribute to team meetings and provide input on improving customer service processes.
