Job Description:
Whirlpool is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Handle client complaints and work towards resolution- Provide product information and educate clients on services offered- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Dedicated and independent work ethic- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
