Job Description:
St. Jude Medical is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client service or customer support role. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed- Process client orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient and accurate manner- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining up-to-date client records- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide knowledgeable support to clients- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance client service skills
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Driven and energetic personality traits- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to problem solve effectively- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
