Client Service Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative working from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.2. Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.

Requirements:1. Resourceful individual with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively.2. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of commitment to providing excellent customer service.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and meet customer needs proactively.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
