Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team at iHeartMedia in San Jose, California. As an entry-level role, this position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in client services. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, possessing strong interpersonal skills and a keen ability to cooperate with others.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to client needs and providing appropriate solutions.3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services that meet client expectations.4. Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.6. Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.6. Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus.
